Vendor Set Up Information

The event runs Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-4pm.

The address to GPS Donnelly Park is 530 N. Donnelly St, Mount Dora, FL 32757.

 

Your pass should have been emailed to you but you can get the information here.  BLANK EXHIBITOR PASS EVENT MAP, and PARKING MAP.  You Do NOT need to “Check-in”.  There will be volunteers to assist you with locating your space on site if needed.

 

 LOAD IN TIME: If your space location starts with B, G, J, or S, you can set up after 10am on Friday or Saturday before 8:30am.

 If your space location starts with C, D, or E (Pickleball or tennis court),  you can set up after 12PM on Friday or Saturday before 8:30am.

 

If your space location starts with F (Baker St) or A (6th Ave) you must wait until the streets close to the public at 5PM on Friday or Saturday before 8:30am.

 

On Sat and Sun : UNLOAD your items, go Park, and return on foot to complete your set up. Vehicles must be out of the event area by 8:30am. 

PARKING: You MUST park your vehicles in the Vendor Parking areas! (GPS 200 N. Baker St. Mount Dora) You can unload around the park but DO NOT leave your vehicle parked around the perimeter of Donnelly Park on Sat and Sun! Those spaces should be left open for guests.

 HC parking is located at City Hall on Baker St.
